Meet our Advisors

Meet our Advisors
The events industry produces the world's most impactful cultural experiences, yet they use tools that haven't changed in decades. Approving a floor plan or concept can take 2–3 months of manual back-and-forth, wasting time, budget, and creative energy you’ll never get back.
At Monet, we’re ending that “reaction cycle,” empowering teams to generate production-ready 2D/3D layouts in minutes.
We’re thrilled to welcome Tony Helou and Gianna Gaudini to our advisory board. They lived the old way, where energy is wasted because they’ve been the ones forced to waste it.
More than advisors, they are creative thinkers and builders who supported our mission before our relationship formalized. They push us to think differently, challenge assumptions, and focus on the creative intelligence that powers the world’s largest events.
Tony Helou: MENA Expansion
Tony has over 15 years of leadership experience across Saudi Arabia’s government, cultural, and corporate ecosystems. Tony understands the pulse of the Middle East like few others. As the former Director at Richard Attias & Associates and current Head of MICE at Hwadi, he has been at the center of the initiatives driving Vision 2030.
Tony specializes in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and leading large-scale initiatives that define national culture. For Monet, Tony provides the strategic roadmap to digitize the GCC’s venues and integrate our "prompt-to-event" technology into the world's most ambitious projects.
""We spend so much time and budget on early design before execution starts. Monet addresses that friction so delivery stays the priority" — Tony Helou"
Gianna Gaudini: The Global Event & Experience Strategy
Gianna Gaudini literally wrote the best-selling book on the industry, "The Art of Event Planning." Gianna has managed the "reaction cycle" at the highest possible stakes, including scaling Google Cloud Next to 30,000 attendees.
She is a visionary events industry leader with over two decades of experience. She has served as Global Head of Events at Airtable, AWS, SoftBank Vision Fund, Google, and is currently a fractional head of events at Windsurf (acquired by Cognition AI)
""Having produced Google Cloud Next for three years, I saw teams spend countless hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars on floor plan iterations. Monet’s AI-driven approach is genuinely revolutionary, solving a problem that has plagued teams for decades." — Gianna Gaudini."
What’s next?
At Monet, we’re building the operating system of the events industry. With Tony and Gianna alongside us, we’re reshaping how the world’s most ambitious experiences are built.
If you're interested in building the creative tools that empower the future of events; we’re always looking for people who think differently and execute relentlessly.
