The Base trial runs for 7 days and includes 300 credits. When it ends we charge your card automatically and the plan renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.

Go to Settings → Billing in the app and cancel there. Cancelling stops all future charges at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.

Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits from top-up packs do not expire while your account is active. Credits are spent when work is delivered, and a generation that fails is refunded to your balance automatically. For anything else, contact info@monet.io — if you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory cancellation rights still apply.
